These terms apply when you engage Inovasi Asia for website design services. Ketentuan ini berlaku saat Anda menggunakan jasa desain website Inovasi Asia.
Inovasi Asia provides website design, development, and related setup services as described on the Pricing page. Exact scope, page count, and deliverables are confirmed during the free consultation before any work begins. Inovasi Asia menyediakan jasa desain website, pengembangan, dan setup terkait sesuai halaman Harga. Ruang lingkup, jumlah halaman, dan hasil akhir dikonfirmasi saat konsultasi gratis sebelum pekerjaan dimulai.
Prices listed are starting prices in USD and may vary based on final scope and content. Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Hosting and domain setup is included for year one on all packages; renewal pricing applies from year two onward as stated on the Pricing page. Harga yang tercantum adalah harga awal dalam USD dan dapat bervariasi tergantung ruang lingkup akhir. Ketentuan pembayaran disepakati tertulis sebelum pekerjaan dimulai. Delivery timelines (5–21 days depending on package) begin once content and materials are received from the client. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery date accordingly. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as listed on the Pricing page. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges, agreed in advance. Setiap paket mencakup jumlah revisi tertentu sesuai halaman Harga. Revisi tambahan di luar itu dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan yang disepakati sebelumnya.
Once the final invoice is paid in full, the client owns the completed website. Domain and hosting ownership details are provided at setup. Setelah invoice akhir dibayar lunas, klien memiliki website yang telah selesai. Detail kepemilikan domain dan hosting diberikan saat setup.
Either party may cancel before work begins with no charge. Once work has started, cancellation terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed. Kedua pihak dapat membatalkan sebelum pekerjaan dimulai tanpa biaya. Setelah pekerjaan dimulai, ketentuan pembatalan disepakati berdasarkan kasus tergantung pekerjaan yang telah selesai.
Inovasi Asia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the delivered website. We aim for reliable, well-tested delivery but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. search rankings, sales, or inquiry volume). Inovasi Asia tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung akibat penggunaan website yang diserahkan. Kami mengupayakan hasil yang andal dan teruji, namun tidak dapat menjamin hasil bisnis tertentu (misalnya peringkat pencarian, penjualan, atau jumlah pertanyaan).
